As our products are handcrafted, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. Each piece is made using natural wood, and slight variations in grain, texture and finish are a part of its character, not defects.
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Share clear images of the product and packaging so our team can assess the issue and assist you promptly.
We offer exchanges only in cases where the product delivered is damaged or incorrect. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging. Requests made after the specified time window may not be accepted.
Refunds are not applicable unless a replacement cannot be fulfilled. In such cases, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
